Reverse Hire provides reverse recruitment services, where we apply to jobs on behalf of clients, optimize resumes and LinkedIn profiles, and offer interview preparation and coaching under different service tiers (including monthly retainers and Reverse Recruiting Service plans). You agree that Reverse Hire acts solely as your representative in job applications and not as an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter paid by employers.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment terms depend on your selected plan: Monthly Retainer Plans: Billed automatically each month until cancelled with a 30-day written notice. Reverse Recruiting Service: Paid upfront or in installment options as agreed upon at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment gateways.
Refunds may be available according to the guarantee outlined in your specific plan, if applicable.
You agree to:
1. Provide accurate and complete information about your experience, skills, and job preferences.
2. Respond promptly to communications from your assigned recruitment specialist.
3. Refrain from misrepresenting yourself during the job search process.
Failure to cooperate or provide necessary information may impact your results and void any guarantees.
By using our services or providing your contact details, you consent to receive emails, phone calls, and SMS messages related to your account or services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting info@reversehire.com. Message and data rates may apply.
All client information, resumes, and application materials are treated as confidential. We do not share or sell personal data to third parties except as required to deliver our services or by law.
Reverse Hire is not responsible for the outcome of any job application, hiring decision, or employment process. We do not guarantee employment or salary outcomes beyond the guarantees expressly stated in your service agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reverse Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any client who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.
Reverse Hire may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
